Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you visit kickoof.com (the "Website") or get in touch through it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Łukasz Czarnacki ("Kickoof", "I", "we"). You can reach me regarding any privacy matter at hello@kickoof.com.
2. What data is collected
| Source | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message | To read and respond to your enquiry |
| Scheduling a call | Information you provide when booking via Cal.com (e.g. name, email, chosen time) | To arrange and hold the call |
| Hosting & analytics | Aggregated, server-side data such as IP address, page views and referrers | To keep the Website secure and understand basic traffic |
3. Cookies
This Website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not run any client-side tracking scripts. Analytics are collected server-side (without cookies), so no cookie-consent banner is required. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — when you contact me or book a call (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest — for basic, privacy-friendly analytics and keeping the Website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Service providers (processors)
To run the Website and respond to you, data may be processed by:
- Netlify — website hosting and server-side analytics. (Privacy)
- FormSubmit — delivery of contact-form submissions to my inbox. (formsubmit.co)
- Cal.com — call scheduling. (Privacy)
- Google (Gmail) — receiving and storing messages you send. (Privacy)
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long data is kept
Messages and enquiry data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then deleted when no longer necessary. Aggregated analytics are retained only in summary form. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you;
- request correction or deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise any of these, email hello@kickoof.com.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
